近日国外有关机构向我办反映，美国一家名为“孔子大学”（Kongzi University）的机构称获得我办支持，将举办“全球汉语普及大赛”（World Chinese Popularization Contest）。我办在此郑重声明：国家汉办与“孔子大学”及该机构将要举办的“全球汉语普及大赛”无任何关系。

    According to the pertinent information from oversea, a so called “Kongzi University” is organizing the “World Chinese Popularization Contest” with the support from the Office of Chinese Language Council International (Hanban). Hanban hereby solemnly declares that Hanban has nothing to do with the “Kongzi University” and the event named “World Chinese Popularization Contest”.
